We are looking for an experienced specialist in dermatology for our modern private practice in a central Vienna location. In this role you will care for discerning patients in a professional environment, with access to state-of-the-art medical equipment and innovative treatment methods. Your scope covers the full spectrum of clinical and aesthetic dermatology. We are looking for a practice assistant with a completed MAB or medical practice assistant qualification to join our dedicated team. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and keep the practice running smoothly. Your responsibilities include professional patient care and guidance, appointment coordination and reception, administrative tasks and documentation, assisting with dermatological treatments, preparing and restocking treatment rooms, and general practice duties. We offer regular working hours from Monday to Friday with no night, weekend or public-holiday shifts, pay in line with the Austrian collective agreement for employees in medical practices (minimum salary from € 2,200 gross per month full-time, with significant overpayment possible depending on qualifications and experience), modern tools and digital practice software, structured onboarding and training opportunities, and a collegial, appreciative working environment in a modern private practice.

We are expanding our team and looking for a qualified aesthetician or medical aesthetician with a passion for high-quality skincare and aesthetic treatments. At our modern private practice you will perform professional cosmetic treatments, advise clients individually on skincare and aesthetic procedures, and work closely with our medical team. Your responsibilities cover classic and device-based facial treatments, medical peels and skincare treatments, advice on dermocosmetic products, pre- and post-treatment care for aesthetic medical procedures, and documentation and quality assurance. We expect a completed qualification as an aesthetician or comparable training, ideally first professional experience in the medical-aesthetic field, enjoyment of working with discerning clients, and a well-groomed appearance with professional communication.
